Each patient’s journey begins with filling up the registration form/case paper in their own handwriting that includes personal details, medical history & chief dental complaint in the comfortable waiting area of our practice.

Then patient comes in the dental operatory for a thorough consultation and dental examination.
We believe the consultation appointment is most important and we see to it that enough time is devoted for the same. It begins with careful listening to the patient not only to arrive at the correct diagnosis but also to understand patient’s concerns, perceptions & priorities. Interacting in a friendly manner makes patient comfortable and allays their anxiety and fear.
We utilize state-of-the-art technology including digital intra-oral x-ray software (RVG) that instantly shows the image on the monitor screen and it causes less radiation exposure as compared to the conventional films.
Additionally, for radiation safety, we have the Alerio Direct Current (DC) X-ray machine which does not scatter much radiation as compared to the Alternating Current (AC) X-ray machines. Alerio DC Unit is safe, tested and quality assured as per stringent guidelines by AERB and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
After explaining the dental problem and its recommended solution, we give a clearly written personalized treatment plan, detailing the estimated time and cost of dental care that enables one to make informed decision and plan the next course of action.
In urgent cases, we start the most necessary procedures on the same day, prioritizing your dental health and next appointment is scheduled for the remaining treatment.
